How I got my Kids to eat a bowl of broccoli faster than a bag of sweets!

Hey Everyone!

So I come across this awesome recipe that was suggested to me for a snack! So I thought I’d try it as Dolly is now starting to eat food with more texture.

I need to think of a cool name for this recipe but right now lets just call it scrummy broccoli lol!

 

Ingredients

  1. Broccoli

  2. Olive Oil

  3. Maple Syrup

  4. Cumin

Method

  1. Pre heat over to 200ºC

  2. Wash and chop the broccoli

  3. Place greaseproof paper in a oven tray

  4. Put the broccoli in the oven tray

  5. lightly coat the broccoli in olive oil and maple syrup, *season with salt and pepper if you want to, I choose not to know Dolly was eating it*

  6. Cook for 15 – 20 mins

  7. Tuck in!
